We have a temp to perm option which facilitates this quite nicely. The employee is on our payroll for 640 hours which allows you the time necessary to decide if the employee is a fit with your environment. Usually, they are but in the rare case the person is just not a fit we will replace them and credit you the hours already worked. (TEMP TO PERM)
