WSi Healthcare seeks Full-Cycle Recruiter in Denver
Friday, May 25, 2012 at 10:53AM WSi Healthcare Personnel has been providing qualified medical staff to healthcare facilities in the Rocky Mountain Region for over 24 years. We are currently searching for an Account Manager / Recruiter for the MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION Division. Responsibilities will be to maintain a current book of business, establish new business and continually grow the business unit.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ability to effectively sell and close a deal
* Ability to spend eight hours per day on the phone for business development / recruiting clients and applicants
* Ability to source applicants and clients from all areas
* Ability to meet or exceed established sales goals
* Ability to GENERATE new business by telephonically cold calling
* Must evaluate, qualify, interview and hire all applicants needed for the business unit
* Implement, control and administer client contracts
* Generate and implement new client and applicant marketing ideas
* Attend all off site functions i.e. Job fairs, career days, trade shows, recruiting and networking activities to develop the business unit
* Counsel, coach, create and file written disciplinary action when needed

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or GED required
* Bachelors Degree preferred
* Staffing / Recruiting / HR Background preferred
This position is full-time position Monday - Friday, regular business hours.
Salary ($30K-$35K base) + Commission (Total Comp $40K-$50K annually)
